建議室內結構檢驗方法
■錘敲測試
檢驗人員會使用錘子敲擊外牆牆身等構件,透過敲擊發出的回響,辨別空洞及/或批盪/裝飾面鬆脫的位置,用噴漆在損壞的位置噴上記號並編寫檢驗報告。
有關檢驗報告將交由註冊結構工程師分析及製定維修方案,維修物料等報告
■開鑿檢驗
如註冊結構工程師對建築物之結構有懷疑或建築物是臂式結構,此情況將會使用開鑿式方法檢驗,檢驗方式如下;-
由註冊結構工程師在合適的位置抽樣進行混凝土結構件的抗壓強度檢驗,分析現時混凝土的強度與原有設計是否一致
有關檢驗報告將交由註冊結構工程師分析及製定維修/加固方案報告

■開鑿檢驗
如註冊結構工程師對建築物之結構有懷疑或建築物是臂式結構,此情況將會使用開鑿式方法檢驗,檢驗方式如下;-
- 根據註冊結構工程師建議,再檢驗位置加設臨時支撐 (如有面要)
- 在混凝土面開鑿500X500mm至鋼筋外露
- 先量度現存鋼筋之直徑,鋪排及保護層的厚度與原有設計是否一致
- 檢驗鋼筋銹蝕情況及混凝土碳化程度
- 檢驗完成後編寫檢驗報告,並由註冊結構工程師分析及製定維修方案,維修物料等報告
- 用指定的修補物料回覆開鑿位置
由註冊結構工程師在合適的位置抽樣進行混凝土結構件的抗壓強度檢驗,分析現時混凝土的強度與原有設計是否一致
有關檢驗報告將交由註冊結構工程師分析及製定維修/加固方案報告

Suggested Indoor Structure Inspection Method
■Hammer test
The inspector will use a hammer to hit the external wall and other components. The reverberation from the knock identifies the cavity and/or the location of the loose of cement rendering / decorative surface. The damaged location is marked by spray and the inspection report is written.
The relevant inspection report will be submitted to the registered structural engineer to analyze and formulate reports of the maintenance plan and maintenance material etc.
■Excavation inspection
If the registered structural engineer has doubts about the structure of the building or the building is an arm structure, in this case, the excavation method will be used for inspection. The inspection method is as follows:
■Compressive strength test
Registered structural engineers will sample the concrete structures at appropriate locations for compressive strength test to analyze whether the current concrete strength is consistent with the original design.
The relevant inspection report will be submitted to the registered structural engineer to analyze and formulate a maintenance/reinforcement plan report.

■Excavation inspection
If the registered structural engineer has doubts about the structure of the building or the building is an arm structure, in this case, the excavation method will be used for inspection. The inspection method is as follows:
- According to the recommendation of the registered structural engineer, add temporary support at the re-inspection position (if required).
- Excavate 500X500mm on the concrete surface until the rebars are exposed.
- First measure the diameter of the existing steel bars. Then determine whether the thicknesses of the laying and the protective layer are consistent with the original design.
- Check the corrosion of rebars and the degree of concrete carbonation.
- After the inspection is completed, the inspection report is prepared. And, the registered structural engineer analyzes and formulates reports of the maintenance plan and maintenance materials etc.
- Cover the excavation position with the specified repair material.
