使用「半電池電位測量」(Half-cell Potential)方法，將混凝土表面從尚未出現鋼筋生銹劣化到已經出現銹痕的不同情況下，以量化方式量測受測區域內電位差異非破壞性方法，分析鋼筋腐蝕潛勢，製作出電位觀測值，提出混凝土品質檢驗的步驟及預測劣化的評估成果。

Using Half-cell Potential method, change the concrete surface from the rusty deterioration of the steel bar to the rust marks in different circumstance, a non-destructive method quantitatively measures the potential difference in the measured area to analyze the corrosion potential of steel bars, to produce potential observation values, to propose concrete quality inspection procdures and predict deterioration assessment results.
